Accessibility

A mortgage plan you can build with a keyboard, a screen reader, or one hand.

We target WCAG 2.2 AA across every journey. Automated scans are the floor — we also test with keyboard, screen readers, zoom, mobile, reduced motion and error recovery each release.

  • Sliders

Every slider has a labeled numeric input, keyboard control, and announced min, max and current value. Nothing requires dragging.

  • Progress

Progress is stated in words — “Your home plan is 82% complete” — not only as a colored ring.

  • Cards

Clickable cards are real buttons or links with focus states and selected state, never a div with a click handler.

  • Focus

Focus moves to the next question after each step, dialogs trap and return focus, and sticky headers never hide the focused element.

  • Touch targets

Interactive controls are at least 44px tall on mobile.

  • Redundant entry

We don't ask for the same information twice in one process — your profile carries it forward.

  • Authentication

No memory puzzles. Password managers, paste, passkeys and accessible multi-factor are supported.

  • Motion

Reduced-motion settings disable transitions, counting numbers and decorative animation. No information lives only in motion.

  • Color

Status is never color alone. “Inside target” and “Above target” are stated in text with icons.

  • Charts

Payment breakdowns, equity growth and scenario comparisons include a text summary and a data table.
